IS THE REFUND LINKED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD I CHOOSE?

There are two ways to refund

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?

We will make the refund in 1 working day and you will receive an email to notify you. From that point on, the time it takes to get reflected in your account depends entirely on your bank, and we cannot speed up it.
In the table below you will find the average days each bank takes in 90% of the overall cases and 10% of the slowest cases. These results were obtained from periodic and random surveys applied to our clients.

From 10 to 20 business days. You will receive an email from Epifanía to confirm that your refund has been processed to your PayPal account. From that moment, in an approximate time of 10 to 20 days, you will be able to see the money reflected in the card with which you made your purchase.

DEPOSIT ON BANK, OXXO OR PAYMENT AGAINST DELIVERY
From 1 to 2 business days. After you provide us with your account details, you will receive an Epifanía email to notify you of your refund. From that moment, the money will be reflected in your account within 1 to 2 business days.
